Returns & Refunds
Because we work exclusively with vintage items, each piece is one of a kind. For this reason, we do not accept returns based on fit, minor imperfections, or signs of wear.
Our items may carry subtle traces of a previous life — we view these as part of their authentic charm and vintage value, not defects.
Inaccurate Description or Damage
If you believe an item has been inaccurately described or has arrived damaged in a way not previously disclosed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of EU 6.75 on all domestic orders.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days from the time of order confirmation.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times: Transit times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
